Dear Lucas,
Thank you for your wonderful letter. I read every word by the fire. I hear you learned to ride your bike this year – the elves cheered when they heard!
Keep being kind to your little sister. I’ll be watching for your house on Christmas Eve.
Love, Santa
Santa answers their letter
Your child writes to Santa – or you type what they told you. Santa replies to what they actually wrote, on parchment, sealed with his wax seal. Print it, or read it together on screen.

Santa’s on his way
On Christmas Eve, a video from the sleigh: Santa is setting off, and your child’s house is on his route tonight.
When it arrivesDec 24Good to know
How fast does Santa’s video arrive?
Santa’s personal video is usually ready within minutes of ordering, and so are his letter reply, the Nice List certificate, the voicemail and the bedtime story. They arrive on your family’s North Pole page and by email. Advent doors open each day from December 1 to 24, and the Christmas Eve video arrives on December 24.
Can Santa call my child on the phone?
Yes. Santa’s live call lasts up to 5 minutes with the Christmas Pass and up to 10 minutes with the Family Pass. You schedule it from your North Pole page for any day up to December 24, and Santa rings a phone number you choose or joins in your browser. A grown-up stays with the child throughout.
Is Santa made with AI?
Yes, and Signed by Santa says so openly: Santa is created with AI and voiced just for your child. The personal video, voicemail, bedtime story and live call use an AI-generated Santa and voice, built from the details you give in the quiz, and Santa’s letter reply is written with AI from your child’s letter and your answers.
